To achieve zero levy arrears is not easy in these economic times considering we are collecting levies from people living all over the world, and we have a dedicated team focused on this process.

Accounting Function
The accounting function is run on the Pretor One bespoke accounting package (which sits on top of SAP Business One), from our offices in the Sunclare Building in Claremont.

Financial Reporting
The Financial Report varies from complex to complex and is tailor-made to give the trustees the information they require, in the format that is appropriate for their needs.

Management Agreement
As a first easy step we can send a proposal explaining the services and value add we offer.

Step two is to formalise the proposal via a signed Management Agreement.

Step three would entail a month before “take-on” where we would need a list of all the owners, their email addresses, telephone numbers and postal addresses, section numbers and the levy roll.

The first months statements will be sent out without a balance brought forward, to give the outgoing managing agent the opportunity to close the books and supply us with the take-on balances, minute books, and files.
